Human Futures invites everyone to come and join our series of BROWN BAG SEMINARS. On October 2, Bo Due Skovsbøll will visit us to speak about machine translation in his everyday work as a translator at the EU Commission.
Bo Due Skovsbøl holds a master's degree in French and History from Aarhus University, and he has worked as a language administrator and translator at the EU Commission in Brussels for almost 10 years. It is with his experience and expertise from this position that he will discuss and give insights into the use of machine translation.
Bo Due Skovsbøll will give the main talk at this seminar, and Merete Birkelund (French) and Mads Rosendahl Thomsen (Comparative Literature) will be his respondents.
There will be coffee and cookies, and you are welcome to bring along your lunch bag and join the discussion. No registration needed.
