Virginia Dignum, Professor of Computing Science, University of Umeå: "Artificial intelligence is not a magic thing which falls from the sky and just happens to us and decides our destiny. Humans will have to take the decisions about how to develop and implement AI technologies that can help solve problems and lead to better human lives. Hollywood’s killer AI robots could not be further from the reality of artificial intelligence. But still there lots of challenges and possible dangers."
